Damien Patrick Started This Over a Driveway
Watch a roll-off delivery once and the problem is obvious. The truck backs into position, tilts the bed, and lets a steel container roll down two bare rails onto whatever is underneath.
Concrete, pavers, asphalt, shell, it makes no difference to the rails. Pickup runs the same process in reverse, dragging the loaded container back up.
Damien Patrick saw the aftermath enough times to stop accepting it. Fresh concrete gouged in two parallel lines. Pavers pushed out of level. Shell drives furrowed where the container had sat. Homeowners who solved a debris problem and inherited a repair bill.
The alternative already existed in another form. Dump trailers ride on rubber tires and wheels, get towed rather than winched, and set down flat.
Build a rental business around that equipment instead of around roll-offs and the property damage risk mostly disappears. That is the entire founding idea, and it is still the reason most customers call.
The company operates from a shop on Edge Drive in North Myrtle Beach and runs the whole Grand Strand from there.
Why Trailer-Mounted Changes the Job
Nothing gets winched across your surface
The load path is tires on pavement, not steel rails on concrete.
Placement options widen considerably
A tow vehicle needs far less room and clearance than a roll-off truck with a 22 foot tilting bed.
Large jobs split into multiple lighter units
A 30 yard job is two 15 yard trailers, not one concentrated mass.
Set-down is level, not on corner points
That is what protects pavers and stamped concrete specifically.
Awkward properties stop being a problem
Beach blocks, cul-de-sacs, shared drives, quarter-mile gravel lanes.
Repositioning is possible before committing
If a spot looks marginal, it gets moved rather than forced.

The owner runs the dispatch
Damien quotes and schedules. There is no call center between you and the person who decides what goes out.
Rates are published
$299, $399, $499, $599. Most local roll-off companies make you submit a form before quoting.
Tonnage is included, not appended
1 to 3 tons depending on size, with overage at a published $50 per ton prorated.
Sizing advice comes before the sale
Talking a customer down from a 20 to a 15 costs the company a hundred dollars and saves the customer the same.
The service area is stated honestly
Aynor, Loris, and Pawleys Island are covered, and those pages say plainly that they are routed rather than same-day.
The property damage question has a real answer
Not a disclaimer. Different equipment.
Serving All of Horry County and Northern Georgetown County
Hill . Atlantic Beach . Briarcliffe Acres . Conway . Surfside Beach . Garden City Beach . Socastee . Forestbrook . Carolina Forest . Red Hill . Little River . Longs . Loris . Aynor . Green Sea . Nichols
There is no separate travel fee anywhere inside that area. What does change is scheduling. Myrtle Beach, North Myrtle Beach, Surfside, and Carolina Forest are close enough to the shop that same-day delivery is genuinely possible when a unit is in stock.
Aynor, Loris, and Pawleys Island are routed, which means a day or two of notice gets you a real window instead of a maybe.
This Coast Is Hard on Driveways Specifically
The equipment advantage matters more here than it would inland, for reasons particular to Horry County. A large share of the housing stock sits on shell, sand, or thin slab poured over sandy soil, none of which tolerates concentrated point loads the way deep clay does.
Beach-block lots run narrow, with driveways sized for one car and no margin for a truck that needs a straight approach and room to tilt a bed.
Then there is the seasonal pattern. Rental turnovers compress into tight windows between guests. Storm seasons produce a debris surge that arrives all at once across the whole coast. Both reward equipment that can be placed quickly in awkward spots and moved again without a specialized truck.
Inland Horry County creates the opposite problem and the same answer. Loris, Aynor, and rural Longs properties sit at the end of long gravel and dirt lanes that a loaded roll-off truck cannot safely negotiate. A tow vehicle can.
Four Things That Do Not Change
The quote is flat and given before scheduling
Rate, tonnage allowance, surcharge items, and the overage rate, all four given before anything goes on the calendar.
Scope changes get re-quoted, not back-billed
On cleanout work especially. If the scope grows, you get a new number before the work continues.
Prohibited materials are stated up front
Paint, dirt, concrete, and raw garbage are refused, and you find that out before delivery rather than at pickup.
Grass placement risk is disclosed, not buried
Turf is available on request and at your risk, and the company says so plainly rather than in fine print.
Questions About the Company
Damien Patrick owns and operates Junk It Mobile Dumpsters from 1908 Edge Dr, Unit B in North Myrtle Beach. He founded it after repeatedly seeing conventional roll-off containers damage customer driveways, and he still handles quoting and dispatch directly.

All of Horry County, including Myrtle Beach, North Myrtle Beach, Conway, Surfside Beach, Little River, Socastee, Garden City Beach, Longs, Loris, Carolina Forest, and Aynor, plus Murrells Inlet and Pawleys Island in northern Georgetown County. No travel fee applies inside that area.
Because roll-off containers get winched on and off your property across two steel rails, which is what causes the gouging, cracking, and rutting that homeowners end up paying to repair.
Mobile dumpsters are trailer-mounted on rubber tires, so they get towed into place and set down flat. Capacity at every size is comparable. The property damage risk is not.
Yes. Contractors, property managers, real estate agents, and lenders make up a steady share of the schedule, particularly for foreclosure trash-outs and property preservation across Horry County. Recurring and multi-unit arrangements get quoted directly.
